![]() Using latest Zoom for Mac on latest macOS Catalina. I’m forgetting other steps, but the gist is, still getting the error. Submitted two tickets to Zoom Support, but still no reply. ![]() Tried the latest version of Zoom for iOS. Uninstalled and installed latest version of Zoom for Mac. Cant Connect to Zoom The most common Zoom issue is being unable to connect to a meeting. Tried clicking the zoom link instead of typing it in. I have the correct ID because they haven’t changed it and I have been able to use that meeting ID with success up until a week ago. Confirmed with administrator that they haven’t changed the meeting ID. NOTE: When logged in as account owner, the scheduled meeting can be started at any time. In create a meeting API, I have modified the start time based on the timezone the meeting is created. Confirmed that it’s right, but still getting that error. 1 REPLY RN Zoom Moderator Options 08:51 AM Hey Shilshole lets start by signing out and signing back into the client, ensure youre using the correct Zoom account to join, and ensure youre running the latest update of Zoom. The meeting is created in a different timezone, even though I set the same timezone in my API and in my zoom account. Checking the meeting ID and trying again. ![]() If you work at Zoom or know of a workaround, please let me know. Anyone else encounter this error? It’s been keeping me out of work meetings for a week now, and we can’t get anyone at Zoom to look into this because of covid / free / paid conditions. ![]()
